Mirror a computer to a Samsung TV
Samsung smart TVs ship with a web browser called Internet. Use it as the receiver and mirror your computer with a 6-digit code.
Step by step
Open Internet on the TV
Press Home on the remote, open Apps and start Internet (Samsung's browser).
Load the receiver
Type /receiver into the address bar. The TV shows a 6-digit code.
Open the sender on the computer
Go to /sender, choose LG & Samsung TVs in Step 1 and enter the code in Step 2.
Connect and share
Press Connect, pick Entire Screen in the browser dialog and press Share.
Unmute and go fullscreen
On the TV, use the sound and fullscreen buttons at the bottom of the player.
If it does not work
- Internet app missing: update the TV software, or use a laptop plugged in by HDMI.
- Black picture: older Tizen browsers lack WebRTC; try Windows + K instead.
- Typing is slow: scan the QR code on the TV with your phone to read the address.
Mirror straight from your browser
Try MHL Mirroring on your own screens
Open the receiver on the TV, the sender on your computer, and connect with a 6-digit code. Free, peer-to-peer, nothing to install.
